The food was good but I recommend the Tavern's mustard chicken sandwich. We got there before the weekend rush so we didn't have to wait for seating. The dining area has indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. The dining area is pretty narrow so not much walking space between tables. It also gets very loud very easily and the sound echos. The AC was actually pretty cold so if you are the type to get cold easily I recommend bringing in a jacket. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Everything came out good. Server was attentive and got anything we needed. Womens bathroom was also clean for a busy Saturday. Would come here again~

Elrama Tavern is a local favorite with delicious, home cooked food and a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Although it's a Tavern, there is a dining room and deck, so it's appropriate for families. I had the mushroom beef barley soup which was full of flavor, and the fried bologna sandwich was comfort food at its best! Believe it or not, the fries taking up half of the plate, was "a handful" the smallest portion of fries available at just $2!. Add in great service and very reasonable prices ($3 for a cup of soup and $5.50 for the fried bologna sandwich), and Elrama Tavern is a can't miss destination!

I had stopped in at the Elrama Tavern two years ago and forgot how good both the food and prices are! I had the fried bologna sandwich which was full of flavor. Plenty of bologna with tomatoes and a delicious sauce. To drink, I had the cajun shrimp Bloody Mary. One of the best I've ever had, this Bloody Mary cost just $3.50; elsewhere, you could easily pay $12.00! Don't let the outside of the building fool you. The Elrama Tavern is clean, cozy and friendly inside.

The best resturant in the area. It's so nice to have a local restaurant with QUALITY (not quality= quantity, but actual quality) food at honest prices. Their menu has a way better variety than your typical bar food (or most other typical local resturants around here for that matter). Also I've had just about everything off the menu and been pleased with every dish. The staff while not huge does an excelent job at keeping everyone taken care of (and they do get packed frequently). The atmosphere is above snuff compared to most other local restaurants and they also have a nice deck if youd like to sit outside which I do . Their drink selection while not super extensive is well rounded and presents something for every taste... within a bar category. I used the comparison of a bar in this review but they are more of a resturant than a bar, I just wanted to show what category of offerings I used as comparison to show what to expect. All in all this is my go to resturant within about a 15 mile radius when I dont want to be disappointed. The one down side (but certainly not enough to keep me from going) is that their parking is abit tight, though it is about the right size to house their full dining capacity, so a bigger parking lot probably wouldnt be all that...

Was excited to take my girlfriend out for Valentines day and enjoy a good meal but sadly this one of the worst dinning experiences I've had. We were seated in the corner at a table that shouldnt exist because you have no room and are right next to the door. The French onion soup was flavorless and sweet, not savory like you would expect. I never send food back but had to. I ordered the Valentines day cod special and it was overcooked and hard as a rock. I didnt have the patience to send it back but should have. My girlfriends chicken was dry but the flavor was alright. The best thing was the cheesey mash potatoes. The waitress didn't apologize when I sent the soup back and hardly came to check on us. We asked for water refills and she never brought it so had to ask again. We had to ask for the dinner rolls that were advertised on the menu and it didn't come to the end. We exchanged the soup for the Wisconsin cheddar soup and it took about 40 minutes to come and we were already on the verge of finishing dinner. I usually love this place but worst Valentines day...

Sorry, but I feel like it definitely could be better. Stopped yesterday mid-afternoon and it was busy, but not super busy. We chose to sit on the porch, as the sun was nice. The new furniture is good quality and comfortable, but a little too many tables crammed together. Server showed up quickly and took our drink orders and delivered them. It was, quite honestly, the worst Moscow Mule I've ever tasted. The ingredients were correct, but there was waaaaaay too much lime juice in it. Then the server proceeded to take orders for two tables that were seated after us before she took our order. Food arrived in a reasonable time, as ordered. Hubs said the original steak sammich was good and I thought the buffalo chicken sammich was good. The chicken was nice and thick, not too much breading, the buff sauce was just right and the brioche bun was yummy! We both got fries as a side and they were 'just okay'. Atmosphere was 'just okay' too. Would definitely go back again and try...
