Luna’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in Union Township

We ordered takeout from Lunas and we had such a bad experience that it demanded a review. We ordered a grilled chicken sub, which the chicken was hard and inedible. Next we got chicken parm, which due to a sensitive stomach required ALL sauce on the side. Needless to say the chicken was swimming in sauce, and when we took it back they stood and argued about it right in front of me. Upon returning it, came to find they gave me 3 chicken tenders with cheese on it. Next we ordered shrimp alfredo... I have never had such bad Alfredo sauce in my life, let alone the fact that they couldn't even take the tails off the shrimp. I couldn't even eat it. Lastly, we had ordered a cup of wedding soup. After reassuring us it was in the bags, came home to find they never put it in. So after spending 50 bucks on dinner, we just went...

Absolutely horrible restaurant got sick from their food multiple times and then they can't even get help that can take orders right. Ordered a chicken parm sub and they gave me a meatball sub. When I called to tell them I wanted the correct sub they said all they would do is have me bring back the wrong sub the next day, um hello what was I going to eat then? Told not their problem, hung up on me and would not answer after that. Don't waste your money for horrible service and food you get from this place! They are completely over...

Told 20 minutes for our pizza to be delivered, called back after over an hour of waiting and said it was out for delivery which was another 20 minutes and I live 5 minutes from there. Eddie who was the manager was horrible to deal with and very rude to his driver over the phone when the gentleman called to say we were dissatisfied with how long we waited and Eddie said they pay for the pizza or you bring it back. $20 later, food wasn’t even hot and it sucked!
