Country Grill — Restaurant in Unionville

Searched for nice burger spot. Found that they serve them all the way as a default. I'm a country boy at heart so I liked that. Pulled up to a small place right off 601. Walked in and was amazed by the vintage decor. This is the kind of place I frequented growing up in the Carolinas. Felt like home. Was greeted by a wonderful waitress, she was very polite. Ordered a cheese burger all the way, onion rings, and a cherry Pepsi. Food came out in about 7 minutes. Took it home and devoured it. Way better than a smash burger from the modern burger spots. Walked in as strangers to the community but left fully satisfied from both a great breakfast and conversation from both staff and owners. Now folks let me inform you of that lovely ham steak cooked to perfection. My throw the sink in it omelet was very delicious. The only one thing I didn't like was no spinach but once again I shall return because folks I saw livermush on the menu. Everything is cooked to how you like it. I used to love Duke’s Grill back when Duke was running it he had the best cheese or Hamburger in town. Country Grill has made me forget about Duke’s. It is to cheeseburgers what the Oasis is to hot dogs. Absolutely the best in town, county and probably the state. Friendly service, low prices.
