I have tried a number of times to give the benefit of the doubt, but I have yet to have a "good" experience. And now after having sent friends and co workers and hearing their experiences I am completely done. I have been there waiting for anyone to even come from the kitchen as I waited 15 minutes to pick up my order in which I placed 20 minutes prior... my boyfriend and I have arrived to stop in for a drink lights on open light lit up... walk up to the door and it was locked as we reached for the door. The server walks around with an attitude and staff discuss personal information and gossip about other employees and patrons. As I have personally been a server... I know to each their own... but the way you treat your customers speaks volumes. So I'll no longer spend any of my hard earned...
Read moreI like the place but...When we were there this past Saturday, it wasn't packed but wasn't dead either. Drinks were served pretty quick but when we asked for food, (10pm) we were informed the cook usually leaves around 7pm, and then said, they were even out of chips. A little later, there were two ladies at the bar, both with a basket of fried food infront of them. Also we spent $5 in the juke box, were there for over two hours, and didn't even hear not one of our songs. 🥺 My suggestions for visiting ktown hotel... Don't go hungry, and if u pick music to play... Do it from the app you download to connect to the juke box. Maybe then you'll hear what you paid...
