My wife and I stopped here for lunch following a trip to Chriskindlemart. We were quickly greeted by the hostess and or waitress Kim came over to us to take our order relatively quickly. She greeted us with a smile in a very friendly manner. We both ordered the strawberry lemonade which is a great thirst quencher. For appetizers, we shared the crab dip and brown butter buffalo wings which were delicious. For meals, my wife had the crab cakes with brussel sprouts and the bacon twice baked potato. She said the crab cakes were very good but said the brussel sprouts, although extremely tasty and flavorful, were not fully cooked and were somewhat hard. She also said the twice baked potato filling was very good, but the skin of the potato was very hard and overcooked. I had the butter garlic strip steak medium well with the broccoli, potato wedges and the stuffed potato. The steak was served already sliced, and although not a huge problem, not something that I prefer. It was slightly over cooked. To me, medium well it's slightly pink in the center (serving temp around 160*) but it was cooked well done. Also, the menu says roasted garlic and herb butter. I didn't sense any butter on it and it came with quartered garlic on top. The wedges were very tasty and seasoned nicely as was the stuffed potato. For dessert we had the funnel cake fried Oreo's which was delicious! The presentation of all the food was exceptional. The cleanliness of the restaurant was superb. There wasn't a time when we didn't see someone cleaning. Lastly, the food was not very expensive for the portions. Service - 10 Cleanliness - 10 Speed - 9 Quality - 8 Value - 10 Overall dining experience - 9.4

Consistency! Each and every visit is as good as the last. Food is always 100% worth the money. Service is now stellar! This place went through a really bad period 4 to 5 years ago. BUT the new management have really allowed this place to exceed what everyone we know thought was possible. The management has the train on the right tracks and it's moving full speed ahead! The new outdoor covered patio is BEAUTIFUL! Ownership, please note that ALL the changes you have made are REALLY generating excitement in the community. I'd talk about the food, but why? Literally every single thing on the menu is better than any other place with 20 miles, at this price point. We have dined here hundreds of times in the past 15 years. The current state of Copperhead Grille is the BEST it has ever been. The new dog friendly patio is the best addition you have ever done. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT allow untrained dogs to ruin this privilege. If a dog is disruptive, excessively barking, or not being controlled, ask the owners to remove the animal. The last thing responsible dog owners that invest countless hours training with their dogs want is for you to take away the privilege to bring a PROPERLY socialized dog to dinner on the patio. This PRIVILEGE that you graciously offer, is a much needed training tool to dog trainers/handlers, that very few LV restaurants offer. Keep up the stellar work!

After a local restaurant was closed, we decided to give the Copperhead a try. Our first time here. It was a Saturday night and we were seated right away. I immediately noticed a smell inside upon entering. We chose to eat outside. It was beautiful weather out and the atmosphere inside seemed dismal. Plenty of tvs around to watch the games, including one in the men's room. We ordered some of there famous wings to try and they were very good. Not overly spicy and were very meaty and crispy on the outside. For entrees I ordered the Maryland Crab Cakes w/ slaw and a loaded baked potato. The crab cakes were good and full of meat not filler. The potato was tasty along with the slaw. My wife ordered a Full Rack of Ribs w/ salad and fries. The ribs were a disappointment. They were just ok as they were baked and overly coated in BBQ sauce. We were expecting ribs with that good smoky flavor which they didn't have. The portion size was good on everything we ordered. Overall our server was attentive and the prices were OK. The noise level became quite high and where we were seated made us feel like we were eating with someone else. There was a tiny divider, that was table height, between us and and another couple. We probably won't be going back anytime soon since it didn't really wow us. Glad we tried it though.

Went here last night around 10:30pm with my girlfriend. Let me start by saying, I've been a chef for 16 years. Upon seating in a mostly empty restaurant, the host tried to seat us directly next to the only other taken table, which happen to be a loud 8 top. Our server was very slow, forgetful and unorganized for us being the only table she had, as the 8 top was soon finished paying. We started with the mango Sprite and strawberry puree drink. It took 10 minutes to get drinks. The mango Sprite drink is the worst mix I have ever had. Strawberry, not so bad. I then ordered the Avgo soup and my girl had the she crab. Another 10 minutes. The avgo was extremely thick and broken but at least it was hot. My girlfriends crab soup was cold, musky with bad odor of left out seafood and oversalted. After which, I ordered the gyro and she had 5 wings. 20 minutes later, my freezing cold gyro and fries came out, as if they were made before the wings and just sitting not even in a heat lamp. I took 2 bites and decided to go no further. By the time my girl took one bite of the wings, which were nice and hot, she started getting shooting pains from the soup and started puking it up. We asked for Togo containers, 10 more minutes, and that should of been 0bvious enough to give us our check, but side work was more important. So finally my girl left to puke in the parking lot in 1 degree weather while I wait for a check. Then, after paying, I ask for a bag to put containers in, literally 10 more minutes after she finished her side work. Mind you, neither of us drink, so she wasn't puking from alchohol. I ended up trashing the $40 food in order to prevent further food poisoning. Heard good reviews, but that was the 1st and last time I'll ever go here. Thinking about calling health board. Depends if the owners are willing to ensure proper food care and...

My husband and I do not very often go out to eat in the past year. We had never been to this location for this restaurant but had a great experience at the one located on airport rd in the past (pre-COVID-19). One of the draws frankly was that the parking was pretty empty (this was last Friday, during one of our snow storms). We were seated promptly as expected. Our waitress was GREAT, pleasant, attentive, patient when asked for a little more time to order because we were talking. We had asked for a booth and we were pleased with spacing of the tables, none being very close to our booth. We ordered and our appetizers, salad and soup were served promptly. Just as we were finishing our appetizers a couple was seated in the booth directly behind us. At first I was confused, there was literally no one else in the entire rest of the restaurant. WHY were these people seated right at the next booth? A few minutes later our meal arrived, the waitress asked if everything was ok because I had put my mask back on. I didn’t want the people next to us to be offended, it was not their fault, I just said no. A moment later the manager came and asked if the food was ok? I had not eaten any of it. I just asked for a box and the check. We paid the bill and as we were leaving I asked the waitress if I could speak to the manager. I asked why they were seated so close to us. Her response was that with the glass partitions they were allowed to do that. Ok...that may be true and maybe that would make sense if the restaurant was busy or full, with waiting people...it...was...not! To be clear...if the restaurant was busy, we would not have gone there, if it started filling up, we would have wrapped it up and left. Clearly the manager just didn’t care. We won’t ever go back!...
