Levari's Seafood & American Grill — Restaurant in Upper Township

Have been here a few times and usually have a nice time. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Tonight food was good but our waitress was just horrible. Treated us poorly from start to finish. Gave us a hard time for sitting outside, got annoyed when we wanted menus and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water while we checked out the menu. It did not get better from there. She never asked if we needed anything, wanted another drink, got snippy when we asked for salt and pepper. Saying it should be on the table. ...like we took it or something. She really made the whole experience miserable and I can't even tell you her name because she never even bothered to tell us. Quite a shame because it put a damper on an otherwise nice place that we have enjoyed before tonight. Now I'd weigh my choices more before I went back in fear of getting...

My family is from out of state staying in ocean city. We were hoping to find a good seafood place. This place was on our way into OCNJ, we saw and thought it looked promising. Nice vibe, seafood options were diverse but not incredibly many. Of the four seafood dishes ordered, only one didn’t need to be modified or completely changed because of outages. After updating the orders, it took about half an hour for our food to finally get out on a not-crowded Monday night. While our food was quite good (we all agreed it wasn’t the best seafood we ever had but it was still satisfactory), my mahi was much smaller than expected. Would try again if we had more time, but this particular visit wasn’t our best...

I called Levari's to obtain general patron information regarding the menu and services provided. The women who answered the phone could not hear what I was asking. She removed the phone from her ear and proceeded to tell her co-work that she doesn't know what the f* this person is saying and continued to use profanity about me that I am not going to repeat. I could hear every word that she said. She then passed the phone to a co-worker. When I told the co-worker what I had heard she hung up on me. I am disgusted in this behavior and will never go into Levari's if this is the service they provide. I will be telling every person I know about this experience and recommend that they too do not go...
