Pino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Upper Township

It is really a-shame they can NEVER get our order correct. We order for Pino’s about once a week and our order is never correct. I have given them numerous chances and have been extremely patient but, it is getting ridiculous. The “I’m sorry” the manager continues to say to me when something wrong is getting old. Or the “I’m tired of them doing this,” so am I, imagine your child waiting for their food while everyone else eats so the rest of the food doesn’t get cold waiting for the correct food. All I want is for my orders to be correct, I don’t think that’s asking for much. I have come to the point were I am done giving them my money. My family never gets to eat together because we are always waiting on them to fix someone’s meal that they messed up or forgot to give us. Sadly where we live not many take out restaurants deliver! So we end up ordering from here.... every time we order ther is always an issue with the food... pizza is never cooked right. Funnel fries are rock solid like they were cooked once then cooked again to reheat, I just ordered the turkey club and the turkey is thick n taste expired ! Like it’s to the point were we have to end up ordering salad after today we are officially done giving this place chance after chance !! Sorry but u guys can definitely do better cook food the way u would want to eat it please ! Also a cashier who had taken my order one night strictly would not stop saying I had to get there by 9 pm no later after I was told they stop delivering after 830pm it was rude n they rushed my entire 47.00$ order I always spend atleast 50$ or more. It’s disappointing that this is our local pizza joint. The food is ok. We like the pizza crust. “Da Veggie” pizza was a bit watery from the veggies. The service was awful. We just ate in for lunch, 3 adults/3 kids. When we came in someone said “I’ll give you a minute to look at the menu, then I’ll be over” and dude didn’t come over at all (with the exception of setting down pizzas). We were eating in, but asked for our food in “to go” packaging because we knew we would have leftovers. The guy brought out our two pizzas, and 4 people in our party sat and waited for their sandwiches. And waited. And waited. We were the only table, and one other pickup customer came in while staff just chilled behind the counter.
