Place is beautiful. Service started really good. We have to return one of our plates because the fish was raw in the middle, everything went down after that. One guy was the one who took the plate back, which wasn’t our server, because once she brought our food she really didn’t check on us again. Some guy siting on a table that i guess was the owner or manager maybe saw us looking for her to let her know and he call I guess whoever was in front of him to check on us. He came an took the plate and apologized and offer something else. When our waitress finally decided to come to the table we let her know and you can tell she didn’t like it. Cause she replied with a little attitude “I already know”. After that the man we think that was the owner or manager told my niece “you should try to play the lottery today cause you have been the only lucky person with a problem today. I guess because they didn’t charge us for the plate which is expected if I couldn’t eat it. I think that was very ride and unprofessional. We didn’t go there to eat free. We are not that kind of people. We still paid a tab of $150.00 before TIP. Like I said place is beautiful, good atmosphere, live music. They do not know how to handle an unsatisfied customer. Environment was good. Food was ok, a little limited menu, cleaning has to improve. The server was great. He was host, server, bartender, expo, food runner, and cashier. Service was affected due to too many duties for the server. He was running a 6 people duties. I noticed, there was a table with two staff member with a computer. They didn't help the server that was doing everything. I waited 16 minutes for the drinks that the server had to prepare (frozen drinks). If you have just one table on your restaurant waiting almost 20 minutes to drink a lemonade , you should re-evaluate your system. Once we paid, nobody say goodbye or thank you for comming.
