One guy was the one who took the plate back, which wasnāt our server, because once she brought our food she really didnāt check on us again. Some guy siting on a table that i guess was the owner or manager maybe saw us looking for her to let her know and he call I guess whoever was in front of him to check on us. He came an took the plate and apologized and offer something else. When our waitress finally decided to come to the table we let her know and you can tell she didnāt like it. After that the man we think that was the owner or manager told my niece āyou should try to play the lottery today cause you have been the only lucky person with a problem today. Service was affected due to too many duties for the server. He was running a 6 people duties. I noticed, there was a table with two staff member with a computer. They didn't help the server that was doing everything. I waited 16 minutes for the drinks that the server had to prepare (frozen drinks). If you have just one table on your restaurant waiting almost 20 minutes to drink a lemonade , you should re-evaluate your system. Once we paid, nobody say goodbye or thank you for comming.
