Dunkin' — Restaurant in Uxbridge

This location is extremely dirty, the hand wash sink is used for everything except washing hands. As an ex employee of this location the employees are very clicky and rude about the customers. They are very good at being nice to your face but because they don't get good tips they talk bad about all their customers. The floor is always very dirty, next time your in there take a look at the floor behind the counter and over to the right behind the sandwich station, that is where the hand wash sink is suppose to be, you will notice the dirty dishes and the cold brew pitchers. Love this Dunkin. Has GREATLY improved in the past couple months. The attitude of the crew is much better, it seems they weeded out a lot of negative employees. I used to hear a lot of not work related things going on, and it always used to look like a mess but something has changed for the better. There is two employees who I feel need to be recognized. I’m not sure if there names but one is a younger female I believe with a boyish hair cut, and the other is a taller blonde girl with glasses. This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh.
