Cenario's Pizza of Vacaville — Restaurant in Vacaville

If I could give a zero or negative I absolutely would. I called in over an hour ago and ordered two medium pizzas. This order was a total of $50 an hour goes by and I go into my call log and call them back the girl just hands over the phone to a male who Has an attitude and basically tells me that they never got my order. I explained to him that I spoke with the female that picked up the phone. This guy didn’t offer me an apology an explanation a discount. Nothing I explain him that I put in the order over the phone with the girl over an hour ago and I had two disabled parents to feed. He did absolutely nothing to make it right and then had the audacity to blame it on me by saying, I might have called the wrong number and I explained to him this is the same number that I went into my call log and called the first time I even read it back to him Basically after going back-and-forth with this guy named Logan, who claimed he was the manager, I had to hang up because he gave me no way to make this right so now I’m left with no pizza for my parents. THE FEMALE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS Incompetent and LOGAN is a horrible MANAGER to argue with a customer call them a liar and not try and make it right is terrible leadership no more...

I havent eaten at this establishment for 3 years, so i decided why not lets order it, personal reasons. Firstly the older lady with red hair in a pony tail cutting the pizzas never pulled her mask up above her nose the entire time i was sitting there. Secondly i was told 15-20 minutes for my tony t's bread. I get there and pay i get told its almost ready. After 30 minutes i question like hey whats going on i just ordered a bread, the lady just kept repeating were busy, seemed frazled and short tempered. I understand busy but it was a bread. Then i find out it wasn't even in yet i got my tony ts 45 minutes after i ordered. And my lunch is an hour i work down the road. Flavor wise it was good hot but 45 mins? I seen huge orders come out before mine for delivery but my 1 bread couldnt get shoved in? The lady jowever that did hand me my bread was apologetic and...

My sister and brother-in-law love this place so today I picked up a couple of pizzas up on the way to their house. I think there might have been a deal going on (I'm not 100% sure because my sister placed the order) but I only paid $27 (tax included) for two large three topping pizzas and they were delicious! The staff was polite, professional and seemed to enjoy working there. We were referred to this place by a friend who also really likes this place. The pizzas weren't massive with tons of toppings piled on but we all enjoyed them. There was enough for three adults, three kids and there may have even been a slice left over, however, my sister did make a salad for us to have on the side. I will definitely be going back again!
