I am a customer that started going to the Bojangles on Inner Perimeter because I like the food but had multiple horrible experiences at the Bojangles on West Hill. I want to go to Bojangles every week but due to the terrible customer service and repeated mistakes on my order, I think I am done!!! Three weeks ago, I ordered my meal and got the wrong piece of chicken. Two weeks ago I ordered my meal and received an incorrect side and the wrong drink (I am diabetic and they gave me a regular soda instead of a diet!) Today, I ordered my meal, was charged for an extra biscuit, and didn't receive the extra biscuit!! I drive from Central Florida every week and spend an average of 16 hours a day on the road, the last thing I want to experience, EVERY WEEK, is a messed up food order. I stay at a hotel that is close to West Hill so I'm not willing to drive back to Inner Perimeter to receive an attitude from their staff about not being capable of simply doing their job! Bojangles, I feel like you need to up your game... I am extremely disappointed that I have to find another restaurant to order from, but I feel I have no other choice... Read moreBad service for breakfast from this location. Not only was the dining room open but there were no customers inside. When I approached the register to order, it was about 6 minutes till one of the employees even acknowledged that I was there. Then took a few minutes more before someone came to take my order. The register was not set up and she proceeded to tell me it would be a few minutes to get the terminal setup. If you are not prepared to take my order and ring it up on the operational register and process my order. But yet give me excuses for why I should wait for you to figure out how to do what should have already been done while you were standing around. I have no patience with that business. Employees these days don't care about servicing the customer or running a good business. They are there to get a paycheck, just because they showed up. I will get my breakfast from waffle house from now on. I doubt I will ever revisit this location. I don't have faith that the people running the business have a good work ethic to assure me that they even care about what they are producing and how it gets made and served or how sanitary they keep things. I WAS EXPECTING THE GRITS BOWL WITH EGGS, SAUSAGE AND CHEESE. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM ORDERING THIS ITEM. SHE EXPLAINED HOW TO ORDER THE CORRECT GRITS BOWL. THE WAY SHE EXPLAINED IT WAS VERY RUDE, DEFENSIVE AND COMBATIVE. I UNDERSTOOD HER EXPLANATION BUT SHE NEVER ADDRESSED HER STAFF AND WHAT SHE WOULD DO TO ENSURE THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
