Hip Hop Fish & Chicken South Patterson — Restaurant in Valdosta

I have been a customer at this place many times since I moved to Valdosta two years ago and today I experienced the worst customer service that I have ever received anywhere. I have never had a problem at this place until today. The woman who was working to drive through who claims she is a manager is not fit to work at anyone's establishment and she is truly an embarrassment to your business. I would like for Moe to personally reach out to me so I can share my experience that was absolutely Dreadful. Your employee needs to be fired immediately. I have a Bachelor's degree in business and I work with people everyday, people that are either cooperative or uncooperative and at no time have I ever treated a customer the way I was treated today. What makes this situation so especially troubling is the fact that I approached pleasantly but was met with an attitude! I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to get my food this matter is not over until I get a resolution regarding a terrible experience! If I could leave zero...

Don't let this place fool you. It has some kick a$$ food coming out from the kitchen. My wife and I stopped here today and ordered 2 of their 3/4lb cat fish nugget meals for $10.99 each, a large order of their corn nuggets for $3.99 and a crab cake for $2.99. Who knew that a little ole place in Valdosta, GA would have such good cake fish. And their crab cake was also on point.

The 3/4 lb catfish nugget plates we got. Well we have one entire meal going home with us. And half of the other one we were not able to eat with both of us sharing the one meal. We had to stop eating before we were too stuffed to make it back out to our semi. We travel all over the country and was just out in California where we paid over $50.00 for breakfast. Yes I said breakfast. We had no left overs to take with us for that $50 bucks. This place we spent almost $35 and can make a good 3-4 meals out of it.

Only giving 3 stars because of the staff in general. For the past 5 days I went there three times twice in the morning and once at night. I came through drive thru and immediately could tell the difference. The woman in the day shift was very rude and didn't take her time to have my order correct. She had a nasty attitude and when I pulled up to the window she was cleaning her glasses and not wearing gloves or a mask. The next time I came in and the girl in the front didn't greet me and I felt rushed when ordering. When I went at night I was greeted over the intercom very politely and the woman was very nice. She took the time to make sure my order was correct . I wanted to tip her but she said she couldn't take it due to her job. Such a shame she deserved it I can't remember the young woman name but I believe it started with a K. Great food overall just need more staff like...
