I stop by this location regularly despite the long line since the coffee is good and the staff is friendly. I get the same drink each time and the price is 5.55. This time, I was told the drink was 6.55 and to please follow the car to my right. I thought maybe the price went up but I then recalled I was not handed the tablet to sign for the credit card purchase which normally happens. I called the server back to my car once they were finished with the customer after me and they said they had to sign for me so the order could be processed. I told them the price of the drink was different than normal and asked if they gave themself a tip and she replied “No”. I asked for a receipt and was told I would get one at the window. The receipt was provided only after I asked for it and a 1.00 tip was added. This review is not about the money but about the lack of integrity and literal theft that took place. The staff at the window was polite and I asked only for the tip to be removed from the bill but they refunded the entire order. Again, 1.00 is a drop in the bucket when paying about 6.00 for a coffee but the dishonesty left me very disappointed and I only wonder how many other customers this may have...

We have ordered in the small little window and it took them more than 10 minutes to have our three drinks ready they kept prioritizing the drive-through and just left us there. And my cotton milkshake was all melted, and all our drinks were melted. I was very disappointed and nobody even reached out and I was trying to find a manager, but he wasn't even in sight. It was a young black girl who Gave me the drinks today March 30 2025 around 7:30 PM. Please tell her that she needs to focus on a customers too outside. You guys actually need to tell her this is a really big disappointment. Out of all the great experiences, we felt at this location. Read moreI have been to this location a few times, and the drive-through can get long at times with a wait up to 15 minutes in line not too bad compared to other locations. However, the walk-up line is even slower here. I would recommend just waiting in the car. I drove past Dutch Bros yesterday, and the drive-through line was wrapped the building almost to the street entrance. There was 1 person standing at the walk-up window, so I thought it would be faster for me to hop out and order. Wrong! I was still waiting to order when my husband met me in line after parking the car.
