I ordered on the mobile app, I ordered 3 footings and a 6 inch all regular Italian bread. The store then called me about 15 minutes later telling me they are out of regular bread but they got the 3 foot longs made and wanted to know what bread to use for the 6 inch. I said use half the bread you used for one of the foot longs. I can’t do that they are already made and wrapped is what I was told. So I told him then I would like a refund for that 6 inch and I don’t want it. His answer was I don’t know how you do that I don’t use the mobile app. So we just went into the shop to figure it out. Read moreThe worst Subway experience I've ever had! I walked in on a Sunday at 12:20 to a line of 6 people ahead of me anod only1 employee. I felt bad for said employee that she was working alone, but she had one speed SLOW. At 12:40, yes I was in line 20 minutes, a second employee came in and went to work. Unfortunately all she did was stand at the register and watch the subs being made!! After standing there for 20 minutes we get waited on only to find out they don't have enough meatballs to make a foot long, but we can wait for her to make them. Yeah right!! If you have an attitude then you should stay home. When our subs were done being made they were just slapped down on the counter as if she didn't care that she was tossing around someone's food.
