Outer Limits — Restaurant in Valley

Nothing did I like about this place. We had an 18 month old and 3 adults. Waited over an hour for our food AND appetizer. (The other table next to us was complaining about the same thing) we were told it was because there was 2 BIG parties in the other room. Little did they know I took the baby to look at the animals on the wall in the other room. Their BIG parties consisted of one table of 6, one table of 7 and one table of 3. Was ridiculous the wait we had to endure. They did apologize and comped us our drinks and one of the appetizers. But then the waitress came back and comped the other appetizerAnd the babies food. The baby's food was cold. 2 of the pork tenderloins were hard. The entire hour we sat there not once did someone even offer to refill our drinks. Poor service. Bad food. Just not good. Need to hire more or better organized kitchen staff. ...

This was my third and last visit to this place. My previous visit wasn’t good either. Ordered ribeye steak with mashed potatoes, fruit cocktail, and salad. When my food came out, they gave me corn instead of fruit cocktail. I told him not to worry about it. The salad was basically shredded lettuce with some cheddar cheese. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm at best. There was also a dinner roll wrapped in foil, which was soggy and smelled like fish. But the worst part was the steak. I asked for a medium rare, and it was more like medium well. But more importantly, the flavor was very bland and tough. I ate maybe half of it. The service was OK, but they clearly need more staff. As far as service, spot on. French fries very hot and crisp, grilled cheese amazing, green beans are a little cool, and the prime rib, well definitely a big cut, could have been a little bit warmer although cooked perfectly, still needed that heat.
