Ram Shack — Restaurant in Vardaman

I have visited this restraunt on two occasions back in 2/2019 and 3/2019, The food was horrendous on both visits. I called to speak to a manager about it and the girl who answered named Bree said she was a manager so I told her the issue and she said that she would replace my order with NO PROBLEM, before I could end up going to get my replacement order. My brother in law who is personal friends with the owner spoke to her about it and told me that he was told by the owner Mary that Bree is NOT a manager and Mary had fired her for posing as a manager but my order was not getting replaced then I was told that Bree said I was loud towards her when that's not true. I later found out that Bree was NOT fired, I even tried to add the owner on FB to tell her my side and she never responded so this all tells me that she does not even care about her customers at all. I will NEVER visit this outrageous priced burnt nasty food...

I had some issues here at first but since I started going back, it's been a wonderful experience. Everyone is nice to me and the girl who wasn't at first now is very kind to me and makes sure my order is the way I like it.
