Mi esposa y yo visitamos el pueblo de Vega Baja en busca de una pieza para el auto y al ser temprano en la mañana decidimos hacer algo que hacemos por costumbre que es buscar un lugar donde desayunar. Decidimos buscar en google maps ya que no conocemos del area y aunque preferimos consumir desayuno en locales nos topamos con las fotos y el look de este food truck. Así que nos llamó la atención y decidimos visitarlo.

Fuimos con altas expectativas por lo que las fotografías mostraban y comienzo diciendo que no nos defraudo en lo absoluto. Ambos decidimos ordenar la opción llamada “The Brunch” que incluye: Revoltillo con Jamon, Vegetales y Queso, Papas Salteadas y Tostadas en Pan Sobao con Mantequilla. Para tomar pedimos: Latte, Chocolate Caliente, Jugo Natural de Parcha y una botella de Agua.

El sabor y la calidad de la comida es una que podríamos decir que si no era perfecta estaba muy cerca de serlo. El revoltillo tenia buen sabor, en cada bocado teníamos todos los ingredientes que lo componían, algo que en bien pocos lugares que hemos visitado han logrado. Las Papas Salteadas estaba FENOMENALES, podríamos decir que las mejores que hemos probado y si usted que lee esto es dueño de un negocio similar tengo que decirle que esta gente deben ser su ejemplo a seguir. Dentro de el buen review si tenemos un consejo: las tostadas aunque sabemos que si se consume allí no absorberían el vapor que generan al empacarse tal vez pudieran quedar mas tostaditas y sabemos que esa combinación de tostado con pan sobao queda a otro nivel. Tal vez fue el empaque y es totalmente entendible. De sabor estaban perfectas.

El latte estaba muy bueno, en mi caso pedí uno de 12oz. El caliente estaba muy bien, el sabor muy bueno (olvide preguntar que tueste utilizan pero por el sabor me parece que es tueste mediano). El chocolate estaba delicioso, increíblemente en algo tan sencillo hay muchos lugares que fallan y ese no fue el caso aquí. El jugo se parcha ES NATURAL, no como otros lugares que dicen que es natural y no lo es.

I couldn’t wait to write a review for this place! My family and I are visiting from Florida and staying in Dorado. On a drive west to the beach, I found this shop along our route and I’m so happy that we did. First, I ordered two American coffees to go, which were incredible (not bitter, not too strong) and the owner behind the counter was so friendly and kind. We returned later that afternoon on our way back to the hotel for more coffee and pastries and appetizers. Everything was delicious and so reasonably priced! I would happily return the next time.
