El Gallo Tripletero — Restaurant in Vega Alta

My grandma lives right around the corner from this trendy place. I heard from the neighbors and family members that this place has tasty food. Well, I finally got to try it. Since it's so close I decided to pickup the order. We got the most talked about sandwich, The Tripleta. Tripleta means triple and this sandwich has 3 kinds of meat (roast pork, chicken and ham). This comes with fries and a piece of crackling pig skin. We also got the roast pork with tostones and this also comes with a crackling pig skin. The roast pork is so tender and delectable. The tostones were surprisingly really good. They had a hint of garlic and crunchy. My sandwich, The Tripleta was AMAZING. The bread was so soft but held all the insides and never broke. The meats inside mixed so well together. It was so delicious. And they are not shy with their meat. I swear I was going to eat half but I ate the whole thing. It also comes with mayo ketchup sauce. The crackling was so crunchy and full of flavor. The pickup was so easy and the lady helping me was so nice. The inside was intimate yet nice. Waste of time. They tell you that there is an hour wait for your food and when you return they tell you that it is another hour. What takes so long if the pork is already cooked? Tostones and french fries do not take 2 hours to cook. Huge disappointment. People come from far away to try their food and wait because they have no choice because of how far they have traveled. He comido varias veces en su negocio y el 13 de Marzo no me fue tan bien, pedí 3 órdenes y la señal en su área no es muy buena, la muchacha que tomó la orden pues me entendió mal, cuando la recojo no era lo que pedí, la muchacha que me tomó la orden detonaba molestia por su lenguaje corporal y tono de voz (no sé, creo que el que tenía que estar molesto era yo) luego procedieron a preparar mi orden y una de las ordenes que esta más o menos bien la dejaron destapada a lo que tuve que decirle a una muchacha que la tapara ya que las moscas se le estaban parando encima luego que me entregaron la orden cuando la verifico en casa le faltaba a las 2 órdenes los chicharrones, cuando su lema es si no tiene chicharrón no el del gallo tripletero no fue un buen día, les escribí por la mensajería de Facebook y me dejaron leídos, esas cosas pueden suceder pero no deben pasar, mas no entrar en porfiar con el cliente y peor aún no cambiar el Burger después que las moscas se le pararon encima, deben de estar pendiente a los detalles, espero ir pronto cuando se me pase la decepción, la comida es muy buena pero el servicio al cliente es muy...
