I had a very disappointing experience at Fo HOU Buffet. Despite arriving well before closing time, I was shocked to find that the kitchen had already been shut down almost two hours early. This severely limited the food options available on the buffet line — many trays were empty or barely refilled, and no fresh items were being brought out.

To make matters worse, they still charged full price as if the full buffet experience was available. When I brought it up, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no real explanation or apology. The service overall felt rushed and dismissive.

We where visiting Puerto Rico from Austin, Texas. We decided to drive here to eat, and we where super excited to try this place out due to the ratings being real good! I’m sorry but this place was “meh”. We waited 30 minutes to pay, once we paid they told us to wait in the lobby until a table cleared off, we waited another 15-20 minutes. Once we finally sat down the waitress told us we had one hour to eat and gave us a receipt with the time we needed to get out of the restaurant. Not only did they charge us about 21$ per person, some of the food I liked was not available, the cook took about 45 minutes to refill the items I was waiting on, we felt rushed to eat. The waitress all she did was pick up plates and refill our drinks and expected a high 20$ or more tip. To pricey and high expectations for the money we paid for. Do not recommend this...

Great options and very delicious meats. I'm a huge fan of buffets, and this one is on top of the list. They have spicy chicken, vegetables rice, fried rice, ribs, oven roasted chicken, mofongo, and even churrasco. They even have shrimp and crab as part of the cold options. The octopus salad was wonderful, with the right amount of vinegar and the meat was cleaned perfectly, tender as it was.
