Kseros Fusión Caribeña — Restaurant in Vega Baja

First time visiting and everything was on point. We had Mofongo with Churrasco in chimichurri, Milanese white rice with beans, Chicken Gordon blue, Mofongo with shrimp in garlic sauce and every dish was served hot, fresh. And even Though place was full none of the food came out late, undercooked or overcooked. The Mofongo wasn't dry and the meat was delicious and juicy. The young gentleman who served us, Luis, was courteous and attentive. They have a good variety of beers and drinks. The atmosphere was nice, relaxing like the place you feel good bringing your family and love ones. I would definitely recommend it and I will be coming by soon. We were a group of 25 but for my ticket of 5 between food and drinks...

Service was excellent! Wendy our waitress was empathic, super nice, and on top of the orders. Place is super cozy, bigger than it appears from the outside, nice tables and chairs, air was comfortable, even though it was over 100 deg F outside. Nice bar and top sprits. The flavored “chicharron” and the “croquetas de bacalao” where delicious! The “mofongo” is made with proper PR style, fried plantain then smash. Two recommendations to consider, 1) adding pieces of the chicharron to the mofongo (perhaps upon requeste) and 2) more punch to the mamposteao de jueyes flavor, cause the “marullo” flavor was not...

This place caught my heart. Outstanding food selection atmosphere, and service was exceptional! The treatment of the employees were excellent. Our waitresses were very attentive to us (we were a group of 14 people).
