Not only is the trailer CLEAN, the food was super fresh. If you love sauces, Mule Creek will give you something you’ll definitely enjoy; the homemade ranch took the Champion Fries over the top and there are like four or five more to try and they are always doing something new each month! Jalapeño Popper is the burger of the month-get one asap before they are gone! No spice, just fresh flavor of creamy cheeses and green peppers over a juicy burger, and super soft Brioche bun that somehow doesn’t disintegrate. The pepperoni balls are homemade and deep fried like when I was a kid, something difficult to find these days. The simple menu is executed very well. Mulecreek knows its craft; to make the best burger the Erie area has ever offered to my knowledge. Blew the competition out of the water! The burgers are truly the best burgers I’ve ever had. The flavor is absolutely perfect! So flavorful, without tasting like they had to add a bunch of seasonings. Just high quality beef. We also loved the pepperoni balls. Best in the area, not greasy at all! The homemade ranch is incredible! A tiny bit spicy, not obnoxiously hot. And the fries 🤤 are so so good! We’ve been to this food truck twice so far and we’re looking forward to going again...
