I can tell the beans are decent quality but there are some issues with the batch brew. The grind either isn’t fine enough or not enough coffee is being used. It results in a watered down flavor that is lack luster. This paired with the expensive prices ($3.00 for 12oz) is very surprising. I tried an americano also and had the same issue.
Please rethink your ratios when brewing. If you try the coffee at Caje in SB you’ll see what a great ratio tastes like. I want to come back and try the coffee again after a while, but I can’t justify paying premium prices for poorly...
