Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Verdigris

This is not the employees fault that i am aware but there definitely needs to be some investment to ensure the drink machines are operating correctly the Sonic in Verdigris is one of the only ones that the drinks more often then not taste dirty and or flat with lil to no carbonation sometimes so bad i go out of my way to go to a different Sonic and i Live in Verdigris, I was told they have tried to resolve it many times and it might work for a day if that , more so like a few hours. I know that i am not the only one that has expressed this concern as some have done fairly recent. Spend the money and make it right , any other sonic has the familiar burn that we all like from the carbonation of a fountain drink So lets do btr for 2021 Dave. This Sonic was one of the worst I've visited. As an ex-manager of a Sonic, I know how things are supposed to be, and I expect that. We didn't get even close to that here. First, the lady taking out order had to ask us to hold on several times, as if we ordered some complicated things. It was burgers and corn dogs! We asked if there was a military discount and she had to ask what kind of discount about 5 or 6 times. Then, the carhop brought our order out, handed us all $28 worth of food, and turned around and left. Yep, would have been awesome except we hadn't paid! We pushed the button and told the lady on the intercom who came right out. When she came out, she offered no apology, just said the carhop was new and gave us the total. Went through the drive-through ordered a number one burger minus cheese with mustard and with bacon. And what I got was a burger with cheese and no bacon and with mustard so I go back through the drive-through and tell them that it has cheese on it and I ordered no cheese with bacon and mustard they bring me another burger out with mayonnaise on it no bacon no cheese. third time supposed to be the charm right well no .
