I ordered 2 meals. Was charged properly for one. I asked about the charge for the second one. Was told a lie and was overcharged. I returned through the drive thru ordered the second meal again and asked for a receipt. Which proved they charged me wrong the first time. The girl taking my order the first time argued about my order. Which was why I returned to order another. I was charged separately for my meal the first time and together the second time. My milk was $2.11 the first time. $0.12 the second time. Ask for receipts!!!!! They are overcharging when they feel like it. Sadly I have been there more than once and this was not the only time I questioned it. But, the first time I made a point to get receipts and go through a second time. I have had hard as rock hashbrowns many times. They actually gave me a fresh one my second time through and it was not hard as a rock. Not sure why they decided it is okay to charge extra, serve old food, or treat return customers this way. I have had some decent...
Read moreThey are never going to get it right. This place has continued to go down hill and the mgt team just does not care. From flies swarming around their donuts to orders wrong CONSTANTLY! Again, this morning, ordered a bagel and #8 which comes with either donut or sticks. I asked for Sticks and a caramel hot chocolate. Got my caramel hot chocolate and sandwiches, but not the sticks. This is not the first time they screw things up. I am going to start taking videos of all their screw ups because you can stand at the counter and watch them doing stuff wrong. One day it was doing a panini and the girl took the sandwich out of the grill, started to wrap it and finally realized that it was not even cooked. You could literally see the layers of cheese and the bread was white as snow. They have been through employee after employee, mgr after mgr and really it's time to just close this location because it's nearly daily that they mess up and they just are not doing the things...
Read moreThis place is a disgrace to other Tim Hortons. Why do you allow 2 underage employees to work alone, and leave them without product to sell? What type of management would schedule employees and set them up for failure. I have managed similar restaurants in other states, and can say without a doubt, that this is exactly why this company is struggling to have employees. No donuts, orange juice, sausage, omlete bites, hashbrowns...by this point we gave up and left. It really isn't within the shareholders best interests to allow their stores to be managed in such a disgraceful way. I hope the employees who were there have the maturity to leave and work for a company that will truley respect them and their time, as they were attempting to do their best with the minimal...
