We used to love ordering from here. However their prices have gone through the roof. And I mean more than any other local pizza business. They used to have good wings. Now they're tiny and broken, but they still charge you nearly $17 for 12 when I can go to the dollar store and buy a bag of gluten-free ones with about 15 in the bag for $9.99. Speaking of gluten free, they used to do the gluten-free crust at a dollar more than a regular medium, and then $1.50 a topping. Now the toppings are much more steak or chicken. You can count on $4 or more. Mushrooms $2? For some reason if you want a specialty pizza on gluten free, they're incapable of making it. Or if they do, you're looking at about $26 for a chicken bacon ranch on gluten free. Forget meat lovers or anything else. The centers are always soft on gluten free. Apparently they don't know that you have to put it through the oven once or half way through, and then put the toppings on it and bake it. Salads start at $13 for anything more than lettuce. It's a real shame they used to be quite good. Would not recommend it anymore.

I wanted to try something different and I saw the gluten-free pizza had good reviews. I am sad to say it is the worst gluten-free pizza I've had in the area. it was completely soggy and I would have preferred a frozen gluten free pizza

I’ve ordered lots of pizzas here since it first opened and never have I had a complaint but the 2 large pizzas I ordered on New Years Eve were awful. It was a pick up order. We came right on time brought pizzas home (live 5 min away) and they were both cold. The crust was a thin crust and tasted like cardboard. I didn’t order thin crust. Always in the past I’ve just ordered and it comes as a standard thick crust. The person taking my order didn’t ask either. The toppings were just thrown in the center, lumped up. I get that it was New Years Eve but when we picked up at 6:45 they were not busy. I also believe there’s no excuse for cold pizzas. I called and complained to Nicole and she seemed to have lots of excuses (busy night, dough doesn’t always rise properly, etc etc) No apology, no offer to make it right. I’m done, Smokin Joe’s. I’ll take my...

After 5 months of not ordering because of 3 bad experiences in a row we tried to order again tonight....well things haven't gotten any better. The first time we called we were hung up on as soon as the phone was picked up. The second time they asked if this was for pick up or delivery and when we asked for delivery they said "we aren't doing delivery today." This place used to be amazing and has become such a joke. I know everyone is short handed but this place is mis-managed, poorly staffed, they never get an order right, deliveries take hours, and when they make a mistake they don't correct it. We used to be high-spending, frequent customers. We called Romeos immediately after and placed an order. They answered right away, repeated the order correctly, and provided the delivery expectation. It can...
