As you can see from other comments, the wait time for pretty much everyone getting there food was about 2 hours. It was for my situation at least. With that being said, my group handled the wait time well, because the business is new to opening and adjustments may need to be made in the beginning process. We were also aware that the kitchen size may not be large enough to adapt to the filled restaurant. However, we witnessed many deliveries being sent out before receiving our food and people who had been seated long after us were receiving their orders prior to ours. We were also told appetizers on our check would be removed because we did not receive them until after receiving the food. I ordered the baked spaghetti and my food was cold and the cheese was hardened on the top. The waitress asked if our food was fine and I said yes, because she was not the person to blame and she had enough on her plate. We then waited longer to receive our checks to go.When paying for the food the person checking us out (I’m assuming the manager) was very rude and obvious about his annoyance with me ensuring my tip went to the waitress I had. I did not appreciate how staff were treated and the food was far over priced for what you were receiving. My group ended up staying for 2 and 1/2 hours just to receive cold spaghetti and some pizza. I would not advise ever eating here and I will not be returning. Have never felt the need to leave a review, but my experience was...
Read moreOnly 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. I stopped in for lunch with my 5 kids, my oldest is 10. I figured this would be a reasonable place to bring my kids to have a fast, lunch before we headed home. What a mistake! They would not let my kids drink from their water bottles. The server wanted me to buy 6 drinks and made a big deal that they could not use their water bottles. I ordered a jumbo pizza. We sat there quenched waiting way too long for one pizza. When the pizza finally came it was so spicy the kids couldn’t eat it without a drink. I didn’t mind it that much but the kids couldn’t eat it without a drink. Then I get the check and on top of the price, I was charged extra for using my debit card, plus a $5 gratuity charge, so one pizza cost me $30. I’m literally appalled. I will never come back here nor do I recommend this place to anyone with kids. The server Ryan was very accommodating to his other table of adults but not me with a 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 year old. Mb that’s what I get for eating in a college town idk. I’d rather have gone to get fast food then come here any day. And we obviously will not be...
Read moreEl Fredos pizza has been open for about 2 weeks. They are still getting everything figured out please be patient with them because it hasn’t been open that long you guys. Everyone that works there are still very new to what they are doing there. They all have time to get everything figured out yet. Please just be patient and give them some time. Other than that, the food there is really really good. And please give it a try, I promise you won’t regret it. You can’t just go to a place on the first week it’s open and then never go there again because it took a long time to get your food. Every place has its flaws but that doesn’t mean that you hate the place forever. Right? So then give them another try and see how you like it. Most of these comments are posted within the first week to first days they were open you guys! That’s not right. Everyone is still getting used to what they do there. Don’t just go there once and hate it the first time. Give El Fredos pizza another try and you won’t regret that choice. I swear. Thank you for...
