Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Vernon

This was my first visit to this Sonic. I decided to stop on my way to work and pick something up to eat. i ordered the Chili Cheese Coney, a small cheese sticks, and caramel shake. My order was delivered within 5 minutes to me however the quality of the food was tremendously sub standard! They say one photo speaks volumes? Well my two photos of the chili cheese coney should be screaming! The meat was so tough and over cooked it was black. Looked like something they pulled off the parking lot that had been laying in the hot sun all day. I asked to speak with the manager but instead the original server came and was very humble about the entire problem. I was expecting the manager to come talk with me since I felt they were the quality control person of the food going out the door. He told me he would have them make me a fresh one and bring it right out. Well after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave with no replacement or be late for work. I would advise everyone to not even eat here if the quality of their food compares to my photos of what I received. I thought it an oxymoron that the sign above their entrance door read "served fresh everyday"....seriously? If this is their idea of fresh is I would shutter to wonder what is fresh! I will not be returning to this sonic but I do plan on getting my money back for the coney from their corporate offices. I will not recommend anyone eat at this establishment until they have either a better manager who cares about quality control or better trained cooks. Apparently both are there just for the...

I just waiting over 30 minutes for an order of cheese sticks, a bowl of chili and a large tea. Carhop said the computer told them I drove off. She apologized and said she'd would get it right out to me. 10 minutes later I pushed the button and asked how much longer I got an answer of "your cheese sticks are coming out of the grease now" 5 minutes latee I get my food. I had swiped my card when I placed my order but she said it must have not took which is fine I gave her my card and she couldn't get it to swipe so she apologized said she'd have to take it inside. She leaves with my card goes inside takes out someone else at the other end and the other side of the parking lot. Goes back inside and grabs another order. I decided to go get my card myself and meet her she hands me my card back. I ask for a receipt she doesn't have one. She wants to go take the other customer their order then she would go get the manager to get me a receipt. I told her I'd go get it myself. Went inside askwd for manager who was not at all concerned. I tild him it was ridiculous to wait over 30 minutes and could even get a receipt. I wanted call corp. But the receipt I was given has no information to contact anyone on it....

HORRIBLE SERVICE! To say that this was by far the worst customer service I have ever received would be an understatement. Not only did the young lady come over the speaker with a rude attitude but she cut us off midway through ordering our food, for our food to come out completely wrong. And to top it off the young man that walked it to the car once we informed him the order was wrong and that the girl was rude instead of apologizing for the situation he rolled his eyes and walked away... five minutes later walked back and had to have us repeat our order for the third time because he was so busy doing something other than his job. We asked for a receipt and asked how much we were charged and he walked away saying he didn’t know. I asked to speak to a manager for a girl named Veronica to walk out and informed me she took my order and for her to tell me the young mans name was Elijah and basically blamed the situation on “ we can’t find any good help only high schoolers wanna work here”.
