Hardee's — Restaurant in Verona

I stopped for breakfast after work, as I have a couple of times before and I must say, the morning staff is AMAZING!! My critique is more for Wendys corporate. The "loaded" breakfast burrito is not up to par. Eggs, sausage and tater tots does not a LOADED burrito make! I sensed a bit of cheese but it was nothing that's recommendable...Try adding onions, peppers, tomatoes, maybe even jalapeño...like a real loaded omelet inside of a burrito...this does not qualify...and then the nerve to have Texas Pete Hot sauce as a sauce for a burrito? Are u kidding?!! If ur gonna do the LOADED BREAKFAST BURRITO...then do the LOADED BREAKFAST BURRITO!!!If that's all yall got, then pull it and humbly let Sonic continue to reign in the breakfast burrito department cause it's not competition at this point. I eat them alot and I would love to just go down the street to Hardee's and get one but if this is all it is...I'd gladly pass and drive to the other end of Tupelo for a proper one. Please...

I used to only do Hardee's strictly for breakfast. Who doesn't love their biscuits, right? A few months ago, my husband just kept on wanting us to go grab a burger here until finally I reluctantly agreed. Let me just say I have been missing out! Those thick burgers are something!! I fell in love with them, but depending on which location you choose, you may or may not have the same luck. That's sad to say, but no truer words have ever been spoken. This Verona location is definitely one to avoid. The restaurant was filthy, the staff is extremely rude and certainly not appreciative of your business. The food also was not close to being as good as the Fulton location. Very disappointing and expensive experience. The pricing is my biggest complaint on the lunch/dinner menu. If you don't get the coupons, they're just as expensive as a steak house, which is ridiculous. My best advice is stay clear of...

September 12, 2019: Exceptionally good service - the woman who took my order and payment was very friendly and ask how I was doing. The man who gave me my order was pleasant and cautioned me that the food was excessively hot. These two exhibited especially good interpersonal skills with their customer service and went beyond requirements. The food was good, too. I appreciate my service at this Hardee’s every time that I visit their restaurant!

Tonight, February 3, 2021, I used the drive-thru and noted again the good service. The lady who took my order and who was my cashier, had the manners of an angel. She made me happy to be there! And, the gentleman who brought my order to the car, was likewise mannerly. He apologized for the wait, thanked me, and asked me to come back to Hardee’s again. Excellent service! Way to go...
