Ordered sandwich online. It was invorrect. reordered sandwich. Order was wrong again.Nowhere did the order request a heated turkey sandwich. I don't have a vehicle at the time so my son drove to pick it up.20 minutes kept trying to call the line was busy. Finally 2 minutes before closing time the call was answered. I was told they messed up and heated the turkey. It tasted foul as if after you vomit and have the aftertaste stuck in throat. The girl wasn't being cooperative as I explained I didn't have a car to come pick up the 3rd replacement sub then she raised her voice over mine saying if I had a receipt I can call the manager tomorrow. That is not the correct answer. Somebody should have delivered that sandwich to me. So before my son had to leave for work Im left to hurry up to borrow his car and go pick up the sandwich in enough time for him not to be late.1st mistake was chicken.That's 3 trips back & forth for 1 sandwich because they messed up and heated the cold turkey that should have been COLD. I'm sorry that's not an acceptable excuse. I worked fast food back in the 80s and as a food& beverage server in the 90s, nobody ever came back because they're order was wrong. If people just paid attention to what they were reading on what order was placed these kind of problems would be avoided but people don't pay attention then get defensive as if they're the victim because the customers complaining when they paid for food that should have been correct. Hence that's how the business stays open by paying customers, which makes hired help receive a paycheck,so do the job you are paid to do . If the customer gets upset, they have a reason for the volume in the tone of their voice to rise. That doesn't make it okay for the person representing the business who received the money for the incorrect order, to raise their voice over the customers & and then putting the fault on the customer because the customer was speaking their mind and wanted to know why the order was done incorrectly again. I was told because I raisefy voice, that's why she raised hers .Yes I understand a mistake was made as I was told they messed up. They made a mistake... by admitting thaias,then make it right for the one who was inconvenienced by having to drive back there. They didn't have to use their gas in their car,no they didnt. This meal should have been refunded and/ or my gas should have been replenished. Neither of those happened nor were offered....

I went in there a few months ago and the woman that was working was in the back and i stood there waiting on her to come out and wait on me. When she finally did come out she said to me that it was going to be a little longer that i would have to wait because she was out of knives and was in the process of washing them so i would just have to wait. Also our wasn't just that day that she was rude because i had went there several times and each time was the same. You could tell she didn't want to be there and she was never pleasant. I didn't wait and ended walking out and went to the other subway that is located behind dairy Queen. I don't know the address. This Subway the service is always good and the sandwiches are good. Then last week i was in Walmart and my husband had told me that he would like a sub for dinner. I was tired and didn't feel like going to the other subway so i looked into the one at Walmart and they had a different woman working there this time so i decided to go give it another try. Well this girl has the same attitude as the other woman did. There was no one else in line and no one else in the restaurant and this girl acted like she was very impatient because i was trying to figure out what kind of sandwich i wanted. I gave her my order that my husband wanted and she started making that but when she asked me what i wanted on it she acted flustrated and then when she was done with that sandwich she asked me in these words and rudely Do You finally know what you want. I ended up just picking the Philly steak sandwich because she just kept rushing me to pick even the whole time she was fixing my husbands sandwich. I got home and i went to eat my sandwich or was awful. I asked for a little salt and pepper on it and it tasted like she poured it on. I have had subways philly cheese steak many times and always loved it but this time it wasn't just the salt and pepper it just didn't taste good and the bread was hard also. I will definitely stop going into this Subway because I'm tired of impolite people and sandwiches...
