McDonald's — Restaurant in Vicksburg

Okay. I had a mocha frappe, got a sympathy card ready for a family friend, used the restroom. The faucet, in the men's restroom is damaged and unsanitary. Unsanitary? After you wash your hands, you have to use a hand, to turn the faucet off. How do you do that, without recontaminating your hand? Just blowers, no papertowels. Here's a question, how do staff members wash their hands then, turn the faucet off?🤔😝Keep in mind, we're talking about a billion dollar industry here. Hello? This place is a JOKE. Nasty, trashy exterior. Employees are RUDE and dont care at all. They hoop and holler at each other, worry more about joking with Co-workers and buddies who come in than doing their jobs. I sat in the drive through for five minutes waiting to place my order. When I finally gave up after watching four other cars have their orders taken, and drove around to the window to order, the woman at the window then told me that they no longer sell drinks as part of their meals, that you have to order a drink and pay more. I stop at different McDonalds multiple times a week, and have NEVER had one tell me that a drink does not come with a MEAL. Do yourself a favor, and stop at Sonic across the street instead,...

Certain crews are very rude. They'll make u wait in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes or longer before they answer to take your order or either they only answers 1 drive thru speaker and just let the customers in the outer lane drive thru sit there and wait to place their order subject not to answer at all. If u order pickup u better be prepared to wait 20 minutes or longer before its brought to your vehicle. If u ask a question regarding the waiting or answering they reply with smart remarks or have a nasty attitude. Your best out is to go inside better service if they are allowing customers to come in on that day. They will just throw your food together or fix your ice cream or coffee they way they feel not like...
