Whomever is working right now at on April 19th, 2020 at 7:30pm should be talked to about customer service. He refused to me service because he said he was on break while making a sandwich for the lady in front of me. I did not get the persons name but yall have camera's and can check who is on shift. I work 12 hour days and travel for work. I am in sales. We don't get breaks. If you have a state mandated break then you should have someone else to cover their shift which noone else was there. COVID-19 or no COVID-19. You need a hustler who is ready to grind and to help a business succeed to make the business actually succed. If you have a paying customer there and a chance for customer acquisition you take your break late or don't take it at all. That's what I do. Read moreThis place is the worst. They were out of half of everything that is needed to make a sub for most people and only had older hard white bread. The bread was so hard that it crumbled like sand. The girl that was supposed to be making bread came in around 3pm right after our order was finally made. This is on a Saturday when I'm sure they needed it. I was told that some of the staff that was supposed to be there didn't show They are unprofessional, playing around, and can't get anything done right. My order was done wrong at least 3 times. The amount of pepper they used on one sandwich was crazy and things were left off multiple sandwiches. I only had 4. They were also out of almost so desserts. I drive up to the location at 95 liberty rd. I asked about the situation and Stephanie said she forgot to call me back and that after consulting with her GM that due to them not having cameras with sound recording, it was a “he said/she said situation.” He was written up and reprimanded but not fired.
