We like how everything looks inside. The seats and booths need cushions, the main reason we rarely go there because of my disability. Our waitress messed up our order and didn't ask if we wanted certain compliments we could get with our order that myself thought came with mine particularly for any time I get the same thing elsewhere Caplan things are on the sandwich already. 2 Dolores extra for 4 small pieces of green bell pepper and maybe 12 French fries was ridiculous and no ajus juice on my beef sandwich was dry and they wanted 1 dolor more for a little juice so all in all made my sandwich 12 bucks for a small beef sandwich 12 fries and four small pieces of bell pepper. My wife had a small serving of baked mostaccioli with 2 meatballs and wasn't asked if wanting a meat sauce or just plain so she asked but waitress already was walking away. When order finally came hers was not baked was a plain sauce with 2 meatballs so we had to send it back and asked for a meat sauce, when it came back she said they have no meat sauce and it had very little sauce on it so her dinner was a small portion and very dry, she ate maybe half and took they rest home for our daughter. My sandwich was cold I asked for it to be either reheated in oven or remade and didn't want it dry and wanted cheese on it as asked before. When it came back the was no cheese no juice and I think was put in a microwave for the roll want a little crispy it was hard and dry. In the end I ate less than half my wife didn't even eat that much the bill was too much for what we got my leg was hurting really bad due to the seats so in all was a bad experience. We may try them again one day eighteen no choice or just get a pizza to go since they changed the crust it's good and doesn't taste like wafer bread like it used to. The should stick to pizza. They are behind the times and don't take credit cards makes it easier to hide there income that way but being your wallet for the pizza mat be good the rest eh the pricey for...

I called in and Ordered $140 of pizzas and sides at 6:15 pm. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes (7:00) I arrived at 6:55 and paid for my order and proceeded to stand there waiting patiently watching more than 30-40 pizzas leave that kitchen and none were mine! Finally at 7:40 I asked for the manager and when I explained my plight she went in the back and within 5 minutes my order was ready to go! What a lousy system! If you are that backed up then let your customers know that front end instead of letting me come in thinking the order would be ready and make us wait double the time. They could have been more attentive to the situation then just let me stand there thinking they were running on time. Further I requested my pizza "Uncut " and they cut them anyway! I wasn't going to wait for new pizzas so I left. The Mgr offered me a 2 liter coke for my hassle but that wasn't what it was about. Just be honest and upfront about the service time and everything could have been fine. I'm afraid they have several young folks working here that haven't learned how to provide proper customer service! Sorry but this was a bad experience for me. Food was ok but a bit cold. So it may have been sitting back there for a bit. Pizza night ruined. Probably ok dine in but carry out was lousy! Skip this place if you are...

Might be brutal but it's the truth: Literally every time we order food from there our order is messed up! EVERY TIME. Food is ALWAYS missing from our order. Sometimes it's flavorless... we ordered cheese fries today and didnt get the cheese for the fries.. the barbecue sauce was literally a joke. It was basically watered down ketchup. Didnt taste like BBQ sauce at all.. at least the disappointment made for a good conversation while we ate whatever they actually gave us for our food...most of the female employees are talking more than working when we go in there to pick up our food. I mean, I live in Pell Lake. It's nice to have a restaurant just down the street from us to enjoy.. but this is getting to be ridiculous and disappointing. It's getting old. Going to start ordering from somewhere else farther away that will actually give us ALL of our food that we ordered.. 😡 Highly DON'T reccomend. Sorry for the nastiness of this review but I'm just...

What a fun off the beaten path pizza joint to come across! We popped in on a Sunday afternoon and it seemed like the lunch rush was dying down. All the staff were friendly and attentive and the food came out quick. Fun atmosphere that felt nostalgic and quirky. The food is a bit artery clogging in spirit but still fresh and tasty. Unfortunately the chicken Drummies were mostly fat and breading with not a lot of chicken but I’d definitely recommend the pizza and onion rings. Cash only so come prepared!

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl when we’d vacation in Lake Geneva from Chicago. I was terrified by the sharks hanging from the walls! But now I get to bring my kid here to spot all the deer and memorabilia while we wait for our pizza. If it’s your first time, get their classic sausage Sicilian style pizza. And don’t forget to bring cash. They don’t accept credit cards.

A nice place for pizza or a hot sandwich. The owners were from Chicago, so you can get good thin crust and Sicilian style pizza, and Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, and other typical Chicago food, served on plates by efficiant and pleasant servers. The place is decorated with fun memorabilia from both Chicago and Wisconsin, and points further.
