Tried to order a two subs thru the app using a buy get one free promotion only to have may order caneled after it went through. From reading the reviews it appears that this location doesnt take subway coupons. Would be nice if they wouldnt appear on the app as taking them since other locations that do not take them do not. Not taking the coupons is fine but showing you do just to canel the order is not. Now I'm out $15 dollars till the refund is processed through showing it will return to my account in 7 days.
I can only go off what it showed order went through $15.81 showed the progression bar on the order. I walked out to my car went to pull up the address since I dont normally and order from your location. Looked at the app and my order and it informed me my order had been refunded. I have a pending $15.81 debit on my account. I have a refund pending for $15.81 for that says it will process on the 11th. It very well may go through before this is true. I may have been they app but I have order many times and I have never had it happen before. Thank you for your response...
Read moreBest Subway location I've ever been to. I've been going here for my lunch break ever since I started working down the road at Johnson Health Tech, 4 years now. I always get the mini pizza with loaded veggies, some of the veg I like added before and after heating, and have a somewhat strange order. It's always made to my preference, to perfection! The one staff member (forgive me I forget his name, but he has black spiky hair and all the pins on his hat) is always so kind, wears a smile, always asks me if I want the extra fixings like the oregano and parmesan dusting after it comes out of the oven. I know it's easy to get worn down after many years of being in customer service (I'm in customer service myself, not every day is easy to put on a smile), but he's doing it right! 🙏 So grateful for this little shop. Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews for a small town shop, but I have had the same issue with my food on several occasions here for years and today’s order compelled me to finally address it.
I on average receive less meat on my sub at this location than at others and when I try to mitigate this by paying for 50% extra or double meat I do not receive the full extra amount I pay for. I know this because I order the same thing from other locations and this is the only location that differs in amount.
I get rotisserie chicken or steak (meats that require a scooper and not by the slice) so I believe it’s easier to hold back on these portions to cut cost.
Today I ordered extra meat once again and got a minimal, regular amount of meat.
