Red Granite Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Village of Maine

We've driven by this place many times and wondered how it was.. finally tried it tonight. We were not disappointed! My husband had the 1/2# Granite Burger.. so good!! I had the chicken strip basket.. both with a heaping amount of French fries. We were offered drinks as soon as we sat down. Our food came out piping hot! Makayla was our server and she's a rock star! Was in last Sunday. Spent $30+ on 2 drinks, shake of the day, and the punch board. Stopped in today for lunch with my 6yo, and they acted like we were invisible. Sat for almost 20 minutes and were never acknowledged. Wasn't even that busy. 3 other tables and 2 already had food and the other had drinks. 4 people eating at the bar. Two people working. We got up and walked out. Been here plenty of times in the past without issue, which is why I'm generously giving them 2 stars. Today was definitely a zero...

Wouldn't waste my money here. Food was edible, but nothing special, mediocre at best. The appetizer came out with the meal, the wait wasn't horrible. Service- what service? Walked in the door, asked where should we to order food and the gal just said wherever. The order was taken, drinks brought, food brought, and the bill. Never returned to ask how things were, or if we needed a refill or anything else. Atmosphere, its a small bar/restaurant, just a bar and a few tables and some barflies...
