march 28, best day ever. my colleague and I were scrolling through available restaurants nearby, and stumbled upon this location. we were amazed by how truly horrible the reviews were. while scrolling, we said we MUST dip our toes in.
while arriving, we were a little thrown off when the dining room doors were locked. okay no biggie though!!!!! we quickly moved on to bigger and brighter things: the drive thru.
we were greeted with delight and eagerness after waiting ten seconds. the mcdonaldâs worker was friendly, and we had no issues while ordering, until one hiccup. my dear colleague requested a âdaily doubleâ, a luxurious 2 pattied burger accompanied by lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and onions. a work of art truly. anyways, our sweet friend in the drive thru said : âa what?â hopes. crushed. okay but no worries though! seems as though they are sold at select locations, totally a customer issue.
nevertheless, we persisted on with our $5 meal deals and pulled up to the second window. we only had to wait 20 seconds before being greeted by our beautiful bearded friend, letâs call him sue. sue immediately notified us that the fries were fresh and delicious and BOY OH BOY was he right?! (more to come on this laterâŚ) and with an enticing smile on his face, he handed us our order and left us wanting moreâŚ
we zipped into a parking spot and unboxed the marvelous beauty before us. now back to fresh fries thing, MAMMA MIA !!! these fries were toooo gooooood. along with our near perfect mcnuggets and sandwiches that followed, these fries were perfection. I canât say enough of how impressed my colleague and I were. our jaws were open the whole time.
after the delicious meal, we rubbed our bellies and said âmmm mmmmmmmâ before heading back home. just a short 2 minutes.
and with that, we canât recommend this location enough. we laughed, we cried, and we shared some intimate moments. make memories today, and visit this mcdonaldâs on...
Read moreIf I could give it no stars I would, their kiosk froze when we went to pay and the lady that said she was going to take our order went behind and was having loud conversations with co workers... then sent someone up to the counter who I presume was new because she was struggling trying to find stuff on the order board and completely messed up our whole order. While waiting for our food two different people came in and both orders were wrong. Once we received part of the order we placed when getting our drinks they didnât have straws or lids out. Prior to receiving our food the sandwiches were wrong they added onions which we didnât ask for on the mc chicken and then the ketchup that we did ask for was one on 1/2 sandwiches. The big mac was completely made wrong and they even forgot one of the patties. The food was all cold and then once we finally received our order we were kicked out due to the lobby now being closed which was understandable but then another person I presume an employee felt the need to rudely state that it was on the door when we walked in even though we made no fuss about leaving, we were also in there before 7 just trying to place our order and ended up leaving after 45 minutes. I can not begin to not recommend this mcdonaldâs enough. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and couldnât care less about the customers...
Read moreMy 13 year old son discovered what looks like a fountain nozzle attachment in his drink. He did not see it initially because of the ice and dark drink color (Dr. Pepper).
This in of itself isn't that big of a deal. These things happen. I get it.
However, the manager's reaction was inexcusable. My husband simply wanted them to be aware that they probably are missing a part from a machine and to let them know that perhaps their machine and/or the process to clean it may need to be checked. He was not looking for any sort of compensation.
He did not bring it back until the next day because it was discovered after driving away and because we had our own employee event that evening (we own a business). The manager immediately accused him of placing the part into the drink and was very argumentative. There were no apologies and no interest in even looking at the part. When he asked her to check the machine to see if it was missing this part, she responded that no, I know it is not missing anything without looking at it.
I get that people are sue happy and the business needs to protect its own interests. There's stress because of lack of employees. However, blaming the customer as the first response is just blatantly horrific customer service and just a bad...
