Urgent Concern Regarding Recent Experience

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant. During my visit, there was a concerning incident involving my debit card. The employees appeared to struggle with returning my card, initially claiming they had already given it back or were uncertain about its whereabouts. Meanwhile, I had already received my food and drink. This inconsistency in handling my card raises serious concerns about the security of my financial information. I will be closely monitoring my bank account for any suspicious activity, and I trust you understand that should any issues arise, I will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action.

Additionally, the attitude and professionalism of your staff were highly disappointing. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncalled for, which has negatively impacted my perception of your establishment. This is not the first time I have experienced such issues, and unfortunately, this will be my last attempt at giving your restaurant a chance.

Update: It's been a few years since I last visited here and gave what ended up being one of my worst reviews. I decided to give them another shot since we have few options here. I originally gave 1 star for context. Upon revisiting I see they've replaced their broken speaker and signs. Staff were quick, not rude, and all the food was correct. My only gripe is there still isn't much food in your side orders. They really improved.

Old version: I'd like to preface by saying I don't normally give such bad reviews. I am beyond angry with my service here though. We were interupted midway through our order and because the speaker was so bad they couldn't even hear us. We tried to order more but couldn't. On top of that, they gave us the spicy sandwiches instead of regular. Spicy food makes me violently ill, so I couldn't even eat my sandwich and my potatoes had a grand three teaspoons in them. These people are a hot mess. I ordered one two piece dark classic with red beans and didn't get my beans... The food was cold and old and my son food was free because they know they gave us old food. Yall need to get with the crew. They did that just not to cook fresh food.
