Paid 50.00+ for a party pizza, extra cheese with half pepperoni with a crispy crust. Just say, I will stick to Big Johns Pizza Queen. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Pizza was way overcooked and no resolve was offered. Not even a discount on a future order. Response to reply from establishment: You are lying. I stated my 4 grandchildren had 2 slices a piece before I had known what the Pizza looked like. That would leave 16 slices left; there are 24 slices in a party pizza. I even stated I would take half of a tray as a replacement (12 slices) since it may have been an off night for you guys. I was told "No, you ate the pizza". So, what were you going to do if the pizza was untouched; resell it? Because that's exactly what I received a recooked/over baked pizza. I order from here often and have received clarification between crispy and well-done. Nonetheless, I, the customer was dissatisfied and well within my right to be. Your establishment decided not to care. I'm deciding not to patronize again. And yes, Pizza Queen will be my families go-to...at least their customer service is satisfactory. Good day and...

I understand the prices are going up but should not affect portion size. Ordered from here for multiple years and in past 6 months saw a decrease in quality but also quantity. Last order the garlic knots were soggy and had missing items as well as incorrect sauces. As states I ordered from here for years but recently they are slacking.

Message for owner: please aknowledge your responses will affect your business as they come off as somewhat defensive and not offering a solution to the customer. (I can manage your social media for a nominal fee)

Apparently Mondays they are now closed and terminal for website is closed and recieving a message that any order placed will be available for tomorrow(placed at 7pm). My Mother went onto the app and ordered dinner for 2 people and spent over $50 for everything and requested delivery! After an hour, she called to inquire when she would receive the delivery and they told her that they do NOT deliver out where she lives. She explained that they have delivered to her numerous times and it shows it in her account on their app!!! The guy was so rude as he continued to speak over top of her, wouldn’t let her talk, he tried to tell her that the delivery driver called her to cancel the order. No one EVER called her and if they were canceling the order, than why did you run my card for the payment and when I requested a refund, he started stuttering. My family has ordered from Manny & Vic’s for at least 15-20 years, but that may have been the last time! Very disappointed with the customer service!!!
