OMG... Penalverts is the BEST! Seriously best Spanish food in Vineland! HANDS DOWN. No question! Food is always amazing and everyone is always so nice. Place order for small pan of rice w/ ham and bacon and when i get there i receive an medium pan with rice and peas.
