We stood at the counter and waited while they all stood around and talked, once we finally were able to make an order we used a coupon, a 2 Gryo’s for $7. All while ordering the woman (her name tag said Brandy) was not personable at all. When we got the receipt we looked it over while waiting on our food to find out the coupon did not get rung through correctly and we were charged the wrong amount. When we went back up to the counter to get it resolved she evidently knew that she didn’t do it right because she called for the manager to come help us before giving us any eye contact or asking us what was wrong. Saw the employees running to the inside entrance from the pilot store, and pulled tables and chairs in front of the inside entrance from pilot and locked the outside entrance. When I confronted the employee about it she lied and said she didn't move the table/chairs, and said she didn't have time to serve us. There was also a car in the drive thru waiting on their order, so they didn't close until we tried to get in line. It's no wonder they never have any business.
