Atlacatl Restaurant — Restaurant in Virginia

After a year of coming to this resturant with my family I have decided to not eat at this resturant anymore. I stopped coming here in the past few weeks because the quality of the food has decreased. Most of the time the food has no flavor & I end up not eating it. I have placed orders to be picked up & have gotten bad attitude from the owner. She is a small fat Hispanic woman. She's very rude & does not like to be told she has done something wrong. She does not listen when you try to tell her something & is stubborn. On 3 different occasions she has messed up my order and has tried to blame me for her mistake instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake. I have seen the way she is with other Spanish customers VS white individuals & it is sad that she treats people of her own race so poorly. She is the main problem with the resturant. Service is not too bad depending on the day you visit. The waiters are nice, specially a blonde woman which I believe her name is Martha. She is always ontop of things making sure all the customers are satisfied and happy. I think the only good thing about this resturant is Martha. The other waiters are okay, most of the time they look miserable like they dont want to be there. Like I said before, the food used to be great at this establishment, but it has decreased in the past few months. Theres no seasoning on some of the dishes, it's undercooked, burnt, or something always wrong with the dish. If you go there please check out for hair on your food. I went in today December 8th 2022 at around 12noon with the family 👪. We order 2 salad drinks, a marisco soup, 2 pupusas and a tipico plate which includes a tamale a taco and a pupusa with rices and beans. Well everything was ok with the drinks but when we got the food there was a long black hair wrap around the tamale. I call Marta the waitress and show it to her, her expression was "oh my god" then followed up with "do you want me to bring you another one ". I just told her to bring me the bill. Expecting just to pay for the drinks because we didn't even touched the food she brought up. But I got hit with a $32.00. And she dare to ask if I was taking anything to go, for obvious reasons I told her "no". I told her that there could be hair or other stuff in the food. Her response "This happens a lot, is not a big deal". Well this is a big deal to me and I just handed her my card she charged my car for everything except for the plate where the hair was in, we didn't even touch the rest of the food, it was disgusting to see someone's hair on food that is meant for you to eat. Very disappointed, Unfortunately they are always super slow to bring entrees to table. I ordered a fish and the price on menu was $13.95 with photo of fish clearly on menu above price. When I got the check they were charging me $17.95, I brought this to servers attention, the server said " Oh , people always get confused with this price, and he pointed to tiny letters away from fish photo that said Shrimp Entrée. I told him why would you print a menu with photo of Fish with $13.95 and place small letters that say Shrimp diagonally from photo???!! ! why don't you fix this and stop Rippin people off and place a photo of Shrimp!!
