Probably the worst defac I’ve eaten at. I wasn’t trying to complain but nothing seems to be changing and I’ve been eating here everyday the past 5 weeks. The food is just not seasoned or cooked very well. In the picture this is what I had last week, did not eat it because it wasn’t cooked all the way. This isn’t the first time. There’s supposed to be Powerade and different juices but by mid day there’s no more. The condiments area is never refilled once out. I understand that there’s a lot of soldiers that eat there at once but there’s a lot of workers to keep food coming out and stocked. Least to say the workers are nice and the place is clean at least in the dining area.

Disgusting. I'd rather grind my face off with a belt sander and eat the goo. Building reeks of mold and smells like hot vomit. The food is poorly (if at all) cooked, the drink machines are mostly incorrectly set up or are non functional. The "food" if you can call it that is absolutely horrible. Line staff is rude. Fire alarm annunciator is showing "system trouble," and is silenced but the system has not been repaired in ages so the panel beeps nonstop. Don't 92G Culinary Specialists train here? Put them to work in the DFAC and have them provide real hot chow. Heck they're even preparing meals directly on what appears to be a custodial cart..

Food is disgusting! Why on earth we feed our soldiers this trash is beyond me! Embarrassing knowing the Military School of Culinary is here and they serve trash like this! Higher ups need to be forced to serve their children this, I bet the standards would change immediately!

Oh yeah this dfac way better then fort Jackson. The rice here doesn’t taste like mushy pond water and has a lot better variety of food. The wings are tender and delicious. The food is spot on. Sometimes they don’t have a good selection for dinner but that’s only like 2 times out of being here for almost 70...
