Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered an Oatmilk latte with Caramel this morning from there. Specified that it was an “Oatmilk” latte while ordering…it was printed on my drink. Get to work…at this point I’ve drank half of my drink. My stomach immediately starts bubbling. I’m allergic to milk…hence the reason I asked for “Oatmilk”. Well, I spent most of my work day running back and forth to the bathroom. My stomach is still turning right now at 8:32pm from it. Unless you plan to pay extra for something specific and still get your drink made with something you didn’t ask for…then by all means go here. However, I wish people were more observant and took pride in doing things right especially in food service. I’m thankful it’s nothing more than me running back and forth to the bathroom, but it’s still rather excruciating as well. I’m thankful it’s not to the extent that I’d actually die…just feel like I’m dying. Regardless of all of that…people please...

Okay I think it's time to leave a review. I have come seceral times since this place has opened and find the service has gotten worse. Today I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet foam, just got the nitro plain. It has a weird after taste that you can tell is the water they used. I have come before and get different answers about whether ice "should" or "should not be" in my nitro. (the answer is it shouldn't), but have had to argue with the lady twice about it. A few times they just straight forget stuff in my order. All in all, hoping management tightens up here a bit because it's a decent...

I’ve been frequenting this Dunkin since it opened and I have to say that the drive-through has gotten slower since then but the coffee is still yummy and the employees are always pleasant. Be careful about what time you pull in the parking lot there’s a chance the line could be so long that you would be in drive-through for 20+ minutes but the mobile ordering capability is wonderful and I’m usually in and out faster than if I’d gone to Starbucks...
