Elizabeth's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

This was my first time visiting this establishment. The staff was (or were?) friendly and helpful, taking time to answer my questions, making my choosing of what I wanted easy. The menu was extensive. Sooooo many choices! I got the calzone, which includes ham in it. As I have food allergies (alpha-gal), this would not do. The gentleman taking our order, I didn't get his name, patiently made the necessary substitution per my request. The food was prepared quickly. The portion size was more than adequate. It was almost twice the size that I've gotten at some of the other establishments; I had to take about 3/4 of it home with me 😃. Would you like to know how it tasted? Lol. It was delicious 😋. I will, without a doubt, be going back again. Maybe I'll try a different dish. All of you out there with a liking for Italian cuisine, I highly recommend you to give them a try. Elizabeth's use to be the best. Things have changed drastically. This is the 3rd time I have placed a call in order, and then when I get there, they try to tell me that I didnt order didn't exist. Then they said my daughter went to the wrong store. Then he asked, "Are you sure you called the Leatherwood store?"

I know the number by recall, and I live in Leatherwood. Come on now! I have been doing business with Elizabeth's for over 40 years from the Collinsville restaurant. Also, this restaurant from the very beginning. These young employees do not have manners and are rude.

I called at 9:06pm and asked what time they stop taking call in orders and the man told me 9:15pm so I said thank you and hung up the phone and then me and my husband talked about what we wanted to order and called back at 9:09pm no answer....... So I then tried to call back to back until 9:15pm 10 times and no answer still. I am beyond mad at this point! Why tell customers a time and not abide by that time! I love this place/service/food and have never had an issue before until tonight. I will not be coming back now cause that is nonsense!
