I have had Falafel before in D.C. but that's about it. So when I decided to get something healthy or at least healthish for delivery today I decided to order a Falafel sandwich and Falafel appetizers (6). The driver arrived within the ETA during rush hour and in the dark. And he didn't got lost which is easy to do in my area - I don't think they have enough street lamps. He was also very well mannered and called my phone. So far so good. The food was good also. It was also still warm, which is amazing when you take into account how cold it was outside, and was filling. Well worth the price. The sandwich turned out to be more of a wrap but I was okay with that - sandwiches and hamburgers never do well during the delivery process and always fall apart. Also they packed a LOT into it! Next time I'll try one of the chicken dishes. Addition - Ordered from them again. Got the Chicken Kabob Sandwich, Namora (which is kind of a almond-honey-cake of some kind), and a Diet Coke. Fast delivery, food was good, and no complaints. Once again the sandwich was more of a wrap and PACKED. It was solid - no air pockets in there. You will be full afterwards. The Namora looks smallish but is very SWEET and sticky and filling by itself.

Good food but dishonest pricing...double-check your bill before paying! First, the food was very good. We had chicken shawarma shrak and beef humus platter. The restaurant, however, automatically added an 18% "service charge" to our bill without telling us, and then proceeded to collect the regular tip. After we added an 18% tip, we double-checked our receipt and only then did we see the "service charge." We asked the restaurant manager about this and his response was that (1) our waitress was new to the job and forgot to tell us and (2) the "tip" is for the waitress and the "service charge" is for everyone else preparing our food. I find all of this to be very dishonest and believe the manager was simply trying to get away with a hidden charge that he was hoping we wouldn't notice. Our waitress was plenty communicative throughout our meal, yet "forgot" to mention an automatic 18% fee?! Despite the good food, we won't be returning here because we don't support restaurants with deceptive practices.

Drove 45 minutes to this place, only to find the parking lot obstructed by individuals who appeared to be either homeless or fentanyl addicts. Despite this, we were eager to try the restaurant, so we parked further away and walked in. Navigating the ordering process was challenging for first-timers. Unlike Chipotle or CAVA, where you follow clear steps to build your meal, this place lacked straightforward instructions. The staff member helping with the sandwich toppings was neither friendly nor approachable, possibly due to a language barrier or simply having a bad day. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. I would suggest the owner get in touch with the county or authorities to address the issue of individuals loitering around the parking lot, as it makes it difficult for customers to enter the establishment. I would not recommend this place for women or families.

I am a 6 month pregnant woman. I was craving shawarma like back home. I googled best shawarma near me and this restaurant came in. I’ll make this a quick and summarized review

I was neglected by the cashier throughout my whole experience.

There was a little girl in front of me she took her order, served her, served another family (never acknowledged me) it took a wonderful soul from the back to come out and acknowledge me. She then told the cashier to take my order. The cashier was cold, emotionless towards me. Ignored it

Order my chicken shawarma on shak (upgraded to combo for $3s) i was order 46.

I used to be a server/bartender so wherever they offer it I always tip This little girl did not deserve a single cent but I still tipped her 15%. She did not say a single thing even when it felt to my receipt. She pushed no receipt for me even tho I always keep my receipts for tax purposes. She balled up my ticket number that printed out when I asked her for my receipt l.

I got my receipt, said thank you and sat down Customers after me were getting severed before me. It got to order 52 (mind you again I was #46) I got up to ask about it to find out the cashier never gave the prep my ticket smh.

I made my shawarma, the beautiful soul from earlier was the one that got my order ready (cashier didn’t even do it) Got my soda but never received my fries smh.

This is my first time and I promise you I don’t ever see myself going back. My only recommendation is to teach everyone especially those in the front to treat everyone equally and...

Haifa Grill is an absolute gem that I can't recommend enough. From the moment I walked in, the service was nothing short of amazing. I initially ordered the beef shawarma rice platter, mistakenly thinking it came with hummus and pita. After realizing my mistake, the worker at the front register kindly provided me with some hummus on the side and even threw in a pita. This kind gesture perfectly exemplifies the exceptional customer service here.

The portion sizes are incredibly generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. My husband ordered the beef shawarma with shrak, and I was blown away by the flavor and texture. The shrak, a thin bread that wraps the food securely, was a delightful alternative to the usual pita. It held everything together perfectly and added a wonderful texture to the meal.

The pickles added just the right amount of tanginess to bring all the flavors together, and both the beef and chicken were tender and moist. While the platters are fantastic, I highly recommend trying the shrak for an even better experience.

Haifa Grill truly excels in both food quality and service, making it a must-visit spot. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is straight gas and sure to leave you satisfied.

After enjoying a delicious meal at Haifa Grill, I love to wind down at home with some quality weed from Pullupdeliveries. Their Super Lemon Haze strain is my go-to for a perfect, relaxing end to an enjoyable evening. It’s the ideal way to keep the good vibes going and ensure a...
