Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

I pulled up and the drive thru was lined up around building , but no one inside, so I went inside. 2 guys was working the drive thru, and no one at the register then one of the two came over started taking orders. One guy in front of me. Took our orders then more people came in behind us . He kept on taking orders without bagging the first orders he had . Another girl from the back kept coming from the back looking at the order screen then go back to prep line . The guy at register had to go get change from the back . By this time there was a good line inside and out in drive thru. The girl then came back from the prep line and trying to go through the tickets on the counter that were printing all over the place. Finely the first got there order then I got mine after 10 minutes of waiting. Still customers waiting in line to get their food. We'll the weekend crew isn't the same as the weekday crew. I eat out quite often at fast food places due to my job and I'm also not fond of Hardee's, but out of the ones I have visited in Collinsville, Martinsville and now Ridgeway, this is by far the cleanest, nicest and friendliest. The food and Fries were actually Hot and if anyone who eats fast food regularly knows, HOT Fries are like the Rare and Beautiful Unicorn, They are Never Seen but Continually Searched For. So if you are in the area or just looking for a Good, Clean Fast Food place to eat at, then definitely check them out. Also they have a very large parking lot so if you are a Trucker or Hauling large Trailers or Equipment, then they have the Parking Room for u. Also just throwing this out, there is a Good Gas Station across the street that also accommodates Tractor N Trailer Fueling...

UPDATE 03/01/24. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS!

Other restaurants listen to customers and are responsive. This location is a real problem.

UPDATE 4/06/24; WOW! What a difference employees can make. I usually don’t review 1 stars to 5 stars but they demonstrated a complete turnaround in customer service this weekend. The food is always great (highly recommended pork chop biscuits)

update: problem still not take. Care of. I arrived in your store and was greeted by another customer that said “Good help is hard to find.”

This is a management problem. I’m a fan of Hardee’s, but will never deal with the least customer oriented location I’ve ever...
