Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

i will never recommend this location..just my total drive thru experience was very disappointing..came her a few times before but during earlier hrs..never had a problem..however. I'm sure me visiting tonight had really irritated the front drive thru employee. His tone on the speaker was in a way as if I was getting on his nerves. He never greeted us..not even with a smile. BTW I had time to write this while waiting for my order in drive thru. No one has came to let me know if it was cooking or at least almost ready...slings the bag to us..without saying anything rolls his eyes. We were the only car there. Sorry...

Pregnant lady does not like her food played with. I order a 5 piece tender combo with a medium fry. Not only could I not tell the difference between the medium and regular fry outside of the carton it was in, majority of my tenders were ‘nuggets’. They gave me a couple more little chicken tender babies (and that’s the only reason this review gets 3 stars) but if I ask for tenders, I expect tenders. If I wanted nuggets, I would’ve gone to Wendy’s next door. Do better night shift crew. We were the only people in line. It doesn’t take much to cook some d* chicken...

On march 5, 2022 I went through the Crater Road Hardee’s drive-through. There was an employee smoking by the back door. I proceeded to place my order and no one answered. I proceeded with hello, hello, no one answered. I drove to the drive-through window and there was no one insight. By the way, there was enough trash by the drive-through window and on the side of the building to fill up a trashcan. it seems like the owners of this Hardees has given up. I thought about it.
