Hardee's — Restaurant in Virginia

Absolutely done with this Hardee's since this is my 3rd consecutive visit with a problem and by far the worst. Wrong or missing items on the 2 precious recent visits. This time I went throught the drive thru and ordered a #1 on Sunday, Oct, 31st at 12:45 pm. Pulled on out and continued on my way while eating some fries. I pulled out the greasy ball of mush that was wrapped like a burger. The bottom of the bun was missing and it appeared stepped on. I was astonished as to how that made it into the bag since it soaking wet with grease and who knows what else. Despite being 10 plus miles from the restaurant, I turned around. Pulled back up to the drive thru window and the 2 employees inside ducked behind the wall when they saw me pull up to the window. Yes, we can see inside guys. I honked the horn and the 1 stepped around the corner and opened the window. I asked for the manager. I told her I wanted my money back and she asked why. I said, "look at it, would you eat that?" She promptly returned my money after looking in the bag. The 2 employees seemed to think it was all very entertaining as they were peeping around the corner and smiling while she returned my money. This Hardees used to be the best and now it is the worst. I wont be stopping...

What the heck is u with this place! Staff is EXTREAMLY slow! They move like they are carrying 200+ lbs. Only customers at store were 2 couples sitting at tables waiting for food and me. Saw 2 cars pull up at Drive thru and both were told to pull forward and wait for them to bring it out. As girl took food out she couldn't have walked slower and slammed their bag against the wall😲. I was there for 12 minutes waiting on 3 regular small hamburgers and that's it. Wow! I'm editing because less than 5 minutes down the road I reached in bag to grab a hamburger and they were cold. Not warm at all. Not like refrigerated cold but maybe room temp cool. Not very good but I'm a truck driver and am hungry. If I want cold Dairy Queen is a couple blocks away. Update......called manager at store and he listened to my rant and was very appolagetic. Asked me to come back and make it right. I can't right now but maybe will try again later....

Im a door dasher and got a order prior to 20 mins of me getting there only to find out it had not been started when I arrived.After 10 min.I went back and checked and still not been started.Bottom line it ended up not so nice.The manager switched it up made it all my fault and said she would have me removed from picking up orders there.Im standing there looking at her like your kidding me right?She then rudely told me have a Happy New Year and I told her have a better one and told her her management skills left a lot to be desired.One man while I was there order a burger with no pickles and tomatoes and they put them on there anyway even when the ticket specifically said no tom no pickles.He was highly allergic to them.Thank god he saw them before he bit into it.They just brushed it off like it was...
