KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

5/25/2022 Want to this store today they where close ran out of chicken mash potatoes and mac an cheese now if these are what your store sells and you run out all the time and close the store becuase you dont have product to sell the management should be fired. There corporation needs to do something and take the store over from the Franchise,

Ordered a 16 piece bucket got 10 wing 2 thights 2 breast. Called them the one manager was very nice told me they would correct it to come back and keep the other chicken. On my way there a regular worker not a manager called mw back and told me I could not come get chicken today need to come back tomorrow. Asked to speak to the manager he got the manager. Tild him I could not come back tomorrow so I need the refound or chicken. Manager put me on hold to ask another manager then came back told me come to the drive up window for refound. The manager was very polite but why would a store employee call and why would you not have chicken when thays your business and its 1 hour before it closes. The owner if a franchise needs to lose his franchise license as I plan on making ever call to the corporate office till someone fixes the store or kicks the private owner out...... again the one male manager I spoke to was very nice and even seemed...

Ordered 12 pieces of chicken (all white meat). Got home there was only 6 pieces of chicken (3 breasts and 3 wings). I called back to KFC spoke to a young lady told her about my order, the young lady stated that I can come back to pick up the rest of the order. I told the young lady that I would come back the next day at 12 to pick the rest of the chicken. I go back the next day which was last Saturday to pick up the chicken, I explained to the young lady about my order so the lady filled my order. When I got back the order was not filled correctly as it should have had 6 breasts and 6 wings. The order only had 2 breasts and 2 wings. I called back the young lady stated that there was a lot of young people working. She stated that I could come back and get the 2 pieces of chicken or get a refund. I explained to the young that I lived too far to drive back for 2 pieces of chicken or a refund. Y’all need to check behind your workers to make sure the orders are correct. Especially if this is from an order that was messed up from the start. I will not be going back...

I have went to this location 5 times in 3 weeks and only ordered food ONCE which was last night. Every time I go here they are out of chicken which I can never understand among many other things to the point of me pulling out of the drive through and going elsewhere. I'm never asked to wait for fresh chicken; I'm constantly told they are OUT. FINALLY get a chicken combo last night to now be told they were out of all carbonated drinks. Fine. But when I get home... my mac and cheese was literal scraps. Burnt pieces to the point of being black. I took a picture because I almost thought it was a bug! This place overall is disgusting in many ways but I feel the need to point out the fact that an employee found it necessary to pull her gloves off with her mouth then serve our food to us. Please believe I will drive 45 minutes to another KFC before I come back. Tired of wasting my...
