McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Would yall please start refilling the receipt paper in the machines, the screen shows the order # for a split second and if you don't catch it you don't get a order number! Everytime I have been in this store it never prints a receipt! Then they call out a number and you tell them that people don't know there numbers because they didn't get a receipt and they look lost! Your new system is useful if it works but your employees are lazy! Most of the time the person that is supposed to help at counter looks like they are lost, whether during the day or the evening it is the same! The Staunton store blows this store out of the water with employees!!! And then after standing there waiting for your order, the people never give you your cup for your order, then act like your asking for a free drink when you ask for your cup and want to see your damn receipt that you didn't get to see if you paid for it! Ever since COVID your store only concentrates on the Drive-thru! If that's all you want to serve close the damn inside and just run...

I've been to several McDonald's in my life but none like this and I say this because they were both courteous with exceptionally speedy service. My husband and I were both so impressed with how fast the service was we had to let the manager know that we're from upstate NY and have never had such service. Let me share with you why we were so impressed... I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese MCmuffins, 2 hash browns and a medium coffee. Now when I tell you within 3 seconds tops after the receipt was handed to me, our receipt number was called food ready AND hot. But that's not it within minutes of us sitting down to eat a bus load of students showed up, I'm talking a tour bus. Line out the door, We watched curiously to see how long it would take to clear the line. After each order was taken, each order was ready and handed to each customer every ten seconds literally. That line was cleared in 12 minutes. Mindblowing........ including drive thru as well as other walk-ins all done less than 20 minutes. Best...

Best quarter pounder with cheese I have ever gotten at any McDonald's. Not only did it look like the pictures it tasted great. This was written 6 months ago since then this restaurant has went downhill. Stopped in the other day thru the drive through. Placed a order for a double swiss and mushroom along with other items including a kids meal for the granddaughter. They had me pull up to spot one and said they would bring my order out to me. So when they finally brought it no kids meal. Back she went to get that. I look in the bad and the rest appears to be there. I get home and my double swiss and mushroom is a fillet of fish with ketchup on a stale bun. Then I try to call the number on the receipt and it rings about 10 times clicks and goes to a busy signal. Well after about 5 times of calling this number someone finally answers. He apologized and wrote my name down in a book for a free double swiss and mushroom and a reimbursement. So yes they made it right but still mistakes like this...
