McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I went to the Locust Grove McDonald's and was appalled by the entire transaction. After ordering from my app, I was instructed to pull into a drive thru space where I patiently waited for 20 minutes for my meals. Two other cars were instructed to do the same. They were served prior to me even though I was there well over 10 minutes waiting. They both had to go in after receiving their orders to get missing items. So when my food finally arrived, I checked the bag to make sure I had everything. No sauces were given with the order despite me ordering them. So I went inside to get them. That's where things got really weird. The manager was having an in depth conversation with a mother trying to get her daughter's job back. This conversation went on for another 20 minutes with no breaks to even say excuse me, I just need my sauce. I finally interjected 20 minutes into the conversation because it was obvious that the manager could see me standing there and was just ignoring me. Apparently, trying to get an employee back was more important than helping a customer. So 40 minutes into my wait, I asked for my sauces and the manager was RUDE! She asked me if she brought out my bag and I said, "yes ma'am". She asked again and I reiterated it was her. She finally gave me the sauces, but it was a big to do. After arriving home, the food was cold, the fries were inedible and the order was incorrect. They gave us cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers that we had paid for. There was never an apology of any sort for the 40 minute wait, an offer to remake the food or anything. This McDonald's should be avoided at all costs. I had been warned that it wasn't good, but to berate someone who stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and waited in the drive thru space for another 20 minutes, is just ridiculous. I am forced to write this extremely negative review because this is the only nearby McDonalds in this location and we do not have much variety. So I am left with no choice but to eat here, but not anymore and here's why. (Making this review hoping for improvements for the sake of the people in my town) This place has the WORST customer service ever, on more than 5 occasions recently, where I pull up and do not get greeted, my card gets thrown at me with no acknowledgment, and get this, THE WRONG ORDER over and over again. On TWO occasions I had literal hair in my food. want to know why? because the people here work with their hair down and nails longer than the fries themselves. Lets not forget the snarky attitude, like I am sorry, I chose to eat here, I didn't chose for you to work here. So please do not take it out on the only customers that do not complain in person. Also, since this isn't a 24 hour McDonalds, you would assume that the place would be kept clean more often than not? Well, unfortunately that is not the case. This place is very filthy and really the bare minimum is happening. One time I pulled up to the drive through where 3 cars were waiting and it took longer than 20 min for anyone to come up and take orders, this was at 5 pm. At this point, its just sad and I hope the work environment improves so the food service quality...

This McDonald's is the WORST! I dont usually write negative reviews, but they need to figure out what's going on. We've been there twice and had nothing but problems.

They have a dual drive thru, but instead of rotating between them, they take several orders from one and then they'll help the other lane. So even if youre interested line before the other car, you get your order taken whenever they decide to take it. Because of this process, they cannot keep the orders straight when you get up to the window. I had ordered ahead online, pretty straightforward, so I finally (after 28 minutes of waiting) get up to the second window to get my food, and there was again no sauce for the nuggets, no napkins, just the cold food. It had obviously been sitting there for a while, in an open bag so all the fries were cold, as we're the nuggets and burgers. This is the second time that I've gone through the drive through and had no sauce in the bag for my nuggets. The girl at the puck up window was so confused on what order I had, she just kept naming off items in each bag until I told her my exact order.
